koolPAK™
If your horse just had surgery and you're looking for a cold therapy treatment that isn't as extreme as frozen gels or ice, the koolPAK™ is what you need! It is made from a patented powder material that provides regulated cold therapy over a period of an hour without damaging the skin. It molds nicely to the body, is environmentally friendly, and can be reused as long as the life of the bag is in tact.
The koolPAK™ can be used with any of our horseRAP™ products. Each wrap features a unique pocket where you can place the koolPAK™ within the wrap. The pocket allows for easy access for cold therapy treatments or replacement of a newly "charged" koolPAK™.

The koolNECK™ is used to cool the back of the neck to reduce your body’s temperature. The source of the cooling is from our unique phase-change powdered koolPAK™, which fits into the koolNECK™’s pocket. The koolPAK™’s non-icy substance has a surface temperature of 50-75˚, while the center remains frozen. This allows it to remain cool for an extended amount of time.
