Uploading Photos
By uploading your photo, you agree that SolEquine™ has the right use the image(s) in the slideshow featured on the homepage. Uploading photos that you do not have rights to is not permitted. We encourage your own personal photography that you want to share.
Review
All images are reviewed before entered into the slideshow. We prohibit any images that are offensive, which includes any images that are illegal, violate the rights of any person or entity, or harm or threaten the safety of any person or entity. SolEquine™ also reserves the right to reject, refuse to post or delete any image/content for any or no reason. To maintain the look of our website, we will only select images that we see fit (image quality or subject matter). This process is to maintain quality control, not to discriminate.
Crediting Images
We want you to be proud to be featured on our website and to also have the opportunity to showcase your skills. This is why we will gladly indicate any special credits you may wish to provide such as: the name of the piece, photographer’s name, the rider's name, or indicate the photo in honor of an individual or cause. Please do not indicate any false indications.
Photo Reuse
You may not use any of the images that are featured in the slideshow for your own or public use. All images are to only be used in the slideshow and are owned by the individuals who upload them.
